Statement from our department Chair

To the class of 2023,

You are the first class to graduate under my time as the department Chair and I’m so proud to be a part of your journey.  You are a group of smart, talented, quirky, kind and lovely people.  You are graduating into a strange new post-pandemic world and I have no doubt that you will use your curiosity and creative energy to shape it into something beautiful.
